ISS Brazil provide screening services for OEMs in the computer market. ISS also analyzes and repairs Hard Disk Drives (see the list of models). Our revolutionary propriety software technology can determine defective parts of the drive, repair the drive media without openning of the HDA. Hard Disk Drives will keep the original warranty from the manufacturer. We do not break any original seals of the products. Our sucessful repair rate is between 35% and up depending of model/manufacturer/handling condition. We do not replace the internal mechanical parts.
ISS also offers the repair services for DLT and Seagate DAT tape drives with the exclusive upgrade firmware technology and data recover for HDD.
ISS Brazil is Authorized Service Provider for Brazil.

- Price: Our price is a fixed price. Most of the cases, our repair price represents a part of the cost of RMA warranty turnaround. Only the repaired units will be charged, it is an inexpensive way to have the products repaired prior to lengthy manufacturer warranty.

- Time: Up to 200 units, our turn around time is maximum 5 working days. We strongly beleive that our customers will save time and costs by return the repaired units to theirs customers within short period of time. Our customers do not need to keep a large inventory of RMA replacement units. Usually, the turnaround time for RMA warranty for manufacturers take more than three months, and costs involved.

- Quality Service: Products are exhaustive tested with ISS exclusive software and hardware tools. The repaired units are "Bad Sectors" free, with the original capacity, original performance and reliability.

- Maintenance of the Original Warranty: All of the repairable or non repairable products are returnned to our customer without any modifications, original seals of the manufacturer are in same conditions as they arrived to our facility.

- Avoid the Risk of Lost / Mis-placement: In the temporary exportation for the warranty RMA products, products are easy to get lost, damaged or mis-placement and also custom's red tape.

ATTENTION/WARNING: ISS-Brazil will be erased of all the data of all Hard Disk Drives sent to us. Once data is erases by CSSI-Brazil propietary software tools, it is impossible to recover any data loss.

ISS is the ASP - Authorized Service Provider for Quantum. ISS is the unique third party service supply for Quantum worldwide. ISS is supported directly by Quantum.
ISS differentiates from others service companies which repair DLT and DAT. We provide firmware upgrade for Seagate, Sony and Wangtek DAT and Quantum DLT using proprietary software tools and our exclusive technology.
